Goal Consultation
An informal telephone conversation to get to know each other and discuss what you want to get out of us working together. I will ask questions in an aim of defining a SMART goal that we can track progressed against.

Run club
An accessible and inclusive run club specifically designed to be non-drop ensuring progression and fun for all fitness levels.

Personal Training
Once your SMART goal is defined and initial health and fitness baseline testing completed, a programme will be designed to achieve your goal. This will include periodic baseline testing to ensure traction and progression towards your goal. Holistic nutritional guidance is included to complement your training goal. We will train on your terms at a time and place that suits your needs, whether that be in local parks, at your home, or in local gym facilities.

Group classes
Small group classes designed to ensure accessibility for all. Everyone is welcome with exercises designed around your current fitness and future goals. Small numbers allow for increased personal focus to ensure appropriate progression. Most importantly these classes are fun!

Virtual PT
An alternative to face to face sessions - these workouts are specifically programmed around your health and fitness goals and served virtually for you to exercise in the comfort of your own home or whilst travelling. Periodic health and fitness testing is recommended to ensure traction and progression versus your goal. Holistic nutritional guidance is included to complement your training goal.

Goal package
Run a marathon. Get wedding fit or beach body ready. Lose weight and tone up. Whatever your goal this package delivers results but requires reciprocal dedication! Together we will deliver results. Baseline health and fitness testing (repeated periodically) will define a programme with x2 face to face or virtual personal training sessions (based on personal preference). Access to run club and holistic nutritional guidance will ensure traction versus your goal.

Programming
An initial goal setting discussion will define your SMART goal and past health and fitness baseline testing your programme will be designed to hit your goal. Periodic baseline fitness retesting is recommended to ensure adaptation and progression. Your plan will be served via leading software with ongoing support based on your preference.
